  • Creates chord charts for band, and arrangements for string, woodwind, and brass musicians for use in Open Door worship.  Arrangements are available for free at and have been downloaded over 8,000 times for use in churches world wide every Sunday.
  • Recruits, equips, and co-ordinates members and leaders of multiple volunteer ministry teams including worship, stage design, tech, and videography teams. Expanded worship team from 9 every week members to 27 rotating members including strings, brass, and woodwinds.

  • Founded/Launched brand new Jubilee college ministry in 2011. Responsible for both overall ministry vision and day-to-day pastoral ministry.
  • Lead/coached team of 2 part time ministry staff, 4 interns, and 1 program assistant
  • Designed and implemented the two-year Jubilee Immersion Internship ministry exploration program that includes a system of weekly theological and ministry coachings, quarterly performance reviews, ministry discernment, spiritual support, and mentorship within four distinct ministry tracks.

The Tiniest Bones, The Infinite Everything EP

The tinest bones, the infinite everything EP was the first release from Brother John, a 14-piece avant-folk orchestra comprised of three singers (two of which double on guitars), full woodwind and string sections, French horn, drums, electronics, and videography. Artistic Collaborations of Note


Tiny Circus                                                                                               

Composed film-score for various episodes for ‘Tiny Circus’, a collaborative project whose members engage communities to develop a show entitled: “The Other Histories of the World,” a series of short, stop-motion animated films. The films are projected in public spaces from a vintage airstream trailer, which tours the mid-west United States. In addition, the films have been screened at the Museum of Jurassic Technology, Down to Earth Boston, the Anton Arts Center, and the Des Moines Arts Center, and has received grants from the Grinnell Area Arts Council. 2009.

Brother John                                                                                                   

Collaborate with 14 musicians and a videographer to create the avant-folk orchestra and meditative art experience Brother John. Brother John released a limited-edition EP around the concepts of time and divinity, and performed with several national touring bands including Akron/Family and Balmorhea. 2014. Collaborated with playwright Natalie Goodnow and percussionist Josh Casiano to compose music and perform cello during the theater justice show ‘Muntu’, which received grants through the Texas Commission of the Arts and the City of Austin Cultural Arts Division and an award from the National Endowment of the Arts. Muntu ran for eight performances during the bilingual Latino theater troupe Teatro Vivo’s original production ‘Voces De Vivo: Voces de la Cultura Latina’, with additional performances in FronteraFest, San Antonio’s TeatroFest, Austin’s FringeFest, Westminster Retirement Center, and many other locations. 2008-2009.
